Daniel Castillo
Co-Founder, Master Chief Safety Officer / Lead Trainer / Principal
Daniel Castillo is a California State University, Fresno graduate in Education and holds a College Instructor’s Credential. With over 30 years of experience in loss control and safety compliance, Daniel brings an unmatched depth of knowledge to every training and compliance engagement. He currently serves as a core instructor for the Fresno City College Continuing Education Program and is an active member of the San Joaquin County Farm Bureau Safety Committee Board.
Daniel is deeply rooted in his community, having served on the boards of the American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Club, School Site Council, and the Stockton Unified Board of Trustees, and as Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Commissioner for San Joaquin County. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and specializes in Cal/OSHA appeals, safety training, and loss control consulting across all industries.
He is an IVES Certified Trainer for Forklift and Front Loader operations, a CPR/First Aid Certified Instructor, and holds CNSO certification.
Juan P. Dominguez
Co-Founder, Chief Navigator Safety Officer / Trainer / Principal
Juan P. Dominguez brings over 20 years of experience as a Farm Labor Contractor, specializing in the administrative and compliance aspects of the industry. His expertise spans onboarding, safety training, recordkeeping, payroll processing, and tax preparation. Juan is dedicated to empowering future Farm Labor Contractors by guiding them through the licensing process and ensuring compliance with California’s complex labor laws.
As principal of Dominguez Consulting Services LLC, Juan has supported agricultural employers, FLCs, and small businesses across California with compliance, HR, and regulatory needs. He holds a PTIN and is bilingual in English and Spanish, making expert compliance accessible for field-level and growing operations across all industries.
